Williamson Bros Bar-B Q: Authentic BBQ Experience in Canton, GA

Always delicious smoked baby back ribs! Update: stopped in for the ribeye steak.

I have lived here in the Canton area for 22 years, but have only been here a few times. My 2nd wife shares my love of Barbecue and this is our favorite. We have tried others but we always come back to Williams Bros. The foodbis great and the servers are pleasant. ***My life would be complete if you could add SWEET POTATO FRIES and TATER TOTS to the menu!!

My first experience with this company's food was earlier in the year in the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta while attending a soccer sporting event. The food was delicious then, so we decided to dine in one of their restaurants for a late lunch. This location was nearby, so it was a good option. Restaurant is easily visible from the road. Parking lot is spacious and many spots were available. Like the atmosphere, design, and decor of the exterior and interior of the restaurant. Restaurant is spacious and clean. We were greeted by the staff and then seated soon after. Our waitperson/server was cordial and did help clarify regarding some of the meal selections. Food and beverages were brought to the table soon after ordering. We ordered all of the "Trio Special" - beef, pork, and chicken sandwiches. The beef was good. Pulled pork was very good, especially on the Texas toast. Chicken was ok; was a little dry, but was better with their BBQ sauce on it. The Mac n Cheese was delicious. Fried okra and steak fries were very good. Overall, the service, food, and dining here was very good.

OMG! visiting my sister in Georgia and wanted good BBQ while hear. She took me to Williamson Bros for lunch. I judge a BBQ place by their brisket. This place did not disappoint. A huge portion from the Pint end. Juicy and fork tender. No knife needed. Great smoke ring and flavor. My sister had half a rack of baby back ribs which were also wonderful. The sides were all amazing. My favorites were the greens which were not overcooked into mush. Great texture. The onion rings were thickly hand cut and freshly breaded. We split a huge piece of the best coconut cream pie I have ever had! Our server, Wren was very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would give this place more stars if possible.

Best BBQ and service in Ga. Ever had that strong feeling of wanting something very good and tasty. Well, that was me today x3. Thank God for Kevin, who was working the bar, for helping me to pick the perfect meal to satisfy my hunger. It was amazing! If you have not tried them or just want confirmation that they are still that place to go for a wonderful dining experience, know this is it! See you all again soon! Thanks so much!!

Long time bbq place with an open pit to view the cooking of various meats. I saw many great menu items before choosing the half chicken platter. The white meat was a little dry (end of night), but with great flavor and tenderness. The sides were good as well. The pulled pork looked amazing and smelled great. Service was spot on and the whole restaurant smelled awesome. We even brought in a birthday cake for a neice and the whole staff came and sang(about 12 people). We will go back for sure. Go early in the evening. Plan to save room for pie..

First and foremost do yourselves a favor and order a basket of onion straws. Enjoy the black peppered crispy coating, it's addictive! Important fact: the burgers are chargrilled to a delicious perfection. Not cooked on a greasy flat top and called grilled like every place I've been to in Georgia. Here they seem to do everything right! As we walked in I noticed the 100 percent score from the health inspections, this is hard to achieve, props to management, you should be proud. The place is spotless! Our server was Ashley, what a delightful person, she offered suggestions, was spot on, we wanted for nothing even though she was extremely busy. The sampler platter of brisket, pulled pork, grilled chicken, and ribs really was delicious to share. Excellent food, place, and staff! Well deserving of 5 stars, we found our BBQ place.

This is my familes first time back in awhile. The refresh after the fire has done a lot to add life to a old building without losing the hunting lodge feel. The BBQ pork was outstanding and the sides like Mac and Cheese are delicious. Definitely a must try if you are in Canton.
